This section features photos of specially made signs that normally would not appear in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices used by various road agencies and councils around Australia. Custom designs are usually done when road conditions are non-standard and need something specific to the situation.
By nature these types of sign are customised to their location, but follow a specific set of standards. The photos here show guide and information signs that have deviated from the standard forms.
