General Information:
NR47 was a rural and outback South Australian route, which crosses the Flinders Ranges near Port Augusta. The route serviced several small communities and linked several highways with the Birdsville Track to Queensland.
Multiplexes along the route include:
- National Route 83, for 10 km, at Hawker
History:
- 1998: NR47 replaced by B83 with the introduction of alphanumeric route numbering.
